Due to the nature of gold paydirt and consumable prospecting materials, all sales of gold paydirt, gem paydirt, and mixed gold & gem products are final.

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

Gold paydirt (any weight or type)

Gem paydirt

Mixed gold & gem paydirt

Opened or used consumable products

This policy is in place to ensure product integrity, authenticity, and fairness for all customers.

Gold Content Disclaimer

Gold paydirt contains naturally occurring materials. While we guarantee real gold in eligible products where stated, the size, shape, and quantity of gold flakes, pickers, or nuggets may vary from bag to bag. Variations do not qualify for refunds or returns.

Returns for Gold Panning Kits & Equipment

Unused, non-consumable items such as gold panning kits, sluice boxes, tools, and accessories may be eligible for return within 3 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Item must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging

All components must be included

Proof of purchase is required

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items
